Sensore di spostamento confocale senza contatto a LED bianco

Rigorosi controlli di qualità, velocità di produzione e le ispezioni visive sono in costante aumento. Per soddisfare queste esigenze, sono necessarie misurazioni stabili durante il movimento per poter eseguire controlli di qualità senza compromettere la velocità di produzione. Sfruttando i vantaggi della luce bianca confocale, le serie ZW soddisfano queste esigenze per la maggior parte dei materiali (vetro, metallo, plastica ecc.) e forme (tonda, piatta, irregolare ecc.).

Diametro dello spot da 190 µm fino a 4 µm, migliora la capacità di scansionare profili minimi

La fonte di luce bianca ad alta potenza e dalla lunga stabilità è stata adottata per la serie ZW-7000 per offrire risposte rapide e misurazioni stabili di oggetti a bassa riflessione. La serie ZW-8000 dispone di un laser bianco di recente progettazione per misurazioni stabili di sottili lastre trasparenti e forme ridotte.

Fotoconduttività massima: fibre dall'alta precisione

Le fibre ottiche appositamente progettate in modo specifico per le serie ZW-7000 e ZW-8000 trasmettono la luce bianca alla testina del sensore in modo ancora più efficiente, e conducono le luci riflesse da altri strati al controller con estrema sensibilità, rendendo possibile una misurazione più precisa.

Alta risoluzione - spettrografo Ⅰ/Ⅱ avanzato

Lo spettrografo avanzato è uno spettroscopio che converte la lunghezza d'onda del colore nella distanza, e che offre una maggiore risoluzione della forma d'onda. La serie ZW-8000 con il nuovo spettrografo (Advanced Spectrograph II) permette misurazioni ad altissima precisione.

Strict quality control, production speed and appearance inspection are constantly increasing. To meet these demands, stable measurements during movement for quality inspection without compromising manufacturing speed are required. Harnessing the benefits of the white light confocal principle, the ZW Series meets these demands for most any material type (glass, metal, plastic, etc.) and shape (round, flat, uneven, etc).
